Macie może pomysł na to czym to może być spowodowane? Praca zawsze kończy sięw 2671 klatce lub czasem wcześniej. Zawsze przy około 97%.

Miałem kiedyś tak, że przez gówniane karaoke w endingu megui się wykrzaczało.
Ale zasadniczo tak sobie piszę, bo i tak się nie znam

Jak w tym samym miejscu, to masz 
karaoke. Zaktualizuj też vsfiltermod. Miałem podobnie jak Rein pierdzielił coś w swoich 50 megowych karaoke.

Sprawdź na takim skrypcie AVS:

LoadPlugin("C:\Users\Krzysiek\Desktop\cos\megui\tools\avisynth_plugin\VSFilter.dll")
TextSub("D:\wszystko ;P\FILMY\z anime\openingi one piece PL\OP 7\One Piece OP 7.ass", 1)To "threads=1" ustawiasz w opcjach kodeka a nie w skrypcie (zakładka "Misc").
Do audio daj ten sam plik co do video, potem "Auto Encode" -> "No Target Size (use profile settings) -> "Queue".
Z resztą już dasz sobie radę.
Edit: Poza tym warto zrobić aktualizację wszystkiego co masz w MeGUI i AviSynth.

LOL, ffms2 bije na głowę DirectShowSource, głównie z DSS były u mnie problemy. TextSub nie działa z vsfiltermod, a widać, że kara jest właśnie w tym zrobiona.:)
